Refund policy
EXCHANGES: You have 14 days from the day your package is received to exchange your items for a different size. You will have to pay for return shipping. Please note, to be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Swimwear must have original tags and hygiene stickers in place. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. Please let us know the correct size you want, and we will e-mail you with a tracking number when the new item is shipped out.
REFUNDS: We can offer you a FULL refund back to your credit card if you return the product within 14 days from the day your package is received. The initial shipping costs are non-refundable. You will have to pay for return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee. Please note, to be eligible for refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Swimwear must have original tags and hygiene stickers in place. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, you will receive a refund back to your credit card.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS: Please e-mail us and send us a photo of the issue. We will send you a new product without any cost for shipping to you if it is still in stock, or provide you with store credit.

All returns or exchanges should be sent to the address below. We do not provide pre-paid return labels at this time. We advise that you make sure to get a tracking number when shipping back, as we are not responsible for lost items when you send them back.
