HOW CAN I GET A HOLD OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT?

HOW CAN I BE SURE ABOUT THE FIT AND SIZING?
We understand different types and styles of swimwear will have different fits. That's why every single swimwear listing in our store has it's own size guide. We also include what size the model is wearing for your reference. If you are between sizes or still need assistance selecting the proper size, please contact us for help.
I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY ITEM, HOW CAN I GET A REFUND?

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
If you notice an error on the shipping address please email us ASAP with your name and order # so we can try to catch your package before it departs. There's no guarantee we can change it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we'll do everything we can!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ITEM?
After placing your order, your package should be processed and shipped out within 2 business days. Canada Post is our primary carrier for Canada and USA. Depending on the type of shipping option you have selected and your location, packages are delivered generally within 2-5 business days from the date of shipment. Occasionally, we have packages get "stuck" at the border during customs clearance but every package has a tracking number so you can see exactly where your package is sitting en route.
I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DIDN'T GET MY TRACKING NUMBER?
If you have not received one yet, the order is likely still being processed for shipment.
OUT OF STOCK / BACK ORDERED ITEMS
In the event that any of your items are out of stock, we will send you an email to let you know when we expect to have the items shipped out by. If the items are not expected to be restocked within 2 weeks, we will just automatically refund you for those items.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?
We apologize that your shipment didn't arrive in perfect condition! Please contact us with your name and order number for further assistance. Make sure you take pictures and send us those.
